The SDSN Andes is made up of members and partners.

Universities (at the institutional or departmental level), research centres (public or private), non-profit civil society organizations, and other knowledge centres with expertise in one or more areas related to sustainable development can be members. Membership is free. Government organizations, private companies, and individuals can become partners, in recognition of their contributions to sustainable development. Members and partners do not need to reside in the region.

The members and partners of the SDSN Andes make up a unique network of highly competent organizations and individuals committed to the sustainable development of Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela, and to the achievement of the SDGs.

Some benefits of our members and partners are:

  1. Attend and participate in national, regional and global network events.
  2. Have the support of the Secretariat to establish working collaborations with other organizations, to materialize initiatives and expand ongoing projects.
  3. Enlist the support of the Secretariat to raise funds and gain political support.
  4. Participate in initiatives and projects that are developed in the network.
  5. Take advantage of the knowledge of the network and its technical support to define and implement strategies to achieve the SDGs in your locality.
  6. Possibility of showing your work at a national, regional, and global level, through reports from the SDSN Andes and different media.
  7. Take advantage of the knowledge of the network and its technical support to develop educational initiatives on sustainable development.
